Loxwood – 13km
This has to be one of my favourite runs as there is something for everyone, the route starts out at the Onslow Arms in Loxwood and runs along side the the Wey & Arun Junction canal and into the forestry commission land at Sydney Wood.
Cissbury Ring – 11km
The run takes you round the base of the Iron Age fort Cissbury Ring and ends by going to the top where you can be rewarded with fantastic views of the Weald basin and out to sea over Worthing
