Starting from the Blue Idol which in itself is a historic site and a Quaker meeting house, the route leads away from here and along quiet country trails.
Caution is recommend as there are an number of sections where the road must be used though there is ample verge to walk/run along but dogs should be kept under control. Water is scarce on this run so in warmer weather a supply should be carried.
